Cancellation Policy:
By completing the registration form and receiving the offer from Certitudo partner d.o.o., the offer is automatically considered accepted. The reservation and registration can be canceled within 48 hours of receiving the offer without any cancellation fee. Any cancellation after this period will be subject to the cancellation conditions outlined below.

Cancellation is free of charge up to 60 days before arrival.
Cancellation between 59 and 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
Cancellation between 29 and 15 days before arrival: 80% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
Cancellation between 14 and 0 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
No show: 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

*The cancellation date will determine the applicable charge according to the conditions stated above.
*Otherwise, the offer will be considered valid, and the organizer reserves the right to charge the full amount of the offer.
